Relish Catering & Events is proudly Kansas City owned and operated by K.C. Hopps, Ltd. The K.C. Hopps, Ltd. restaurant group opened its first location, the 75th Street Brewery, in 1993 in Kansas City—marking the city’s first brew pub. Over the years, K.C. Hopps, Ltd. has grown to include multiple establishments across greater Kansas City that combine great atmosphere, friendly service, and creative cuisine. Their portfolio features some of the most iconic brands in Kansas City restaurant history, such as Blue Moose, Barley’s Kitchen & Tap, O’Dowd’s Gastrobar, Stroud’s, The View at Briarcliff and The Gatsby On Oak. In addition to hospitality services, K.C. Hopps, Ltd. offers management contracts and consulting services.
